"Everything we do should be Christ-centered and Biblically-based"
Our MissionWe are Christians coming together because of God's love given to us through His Son, Jesus Christ. Our mission is to honor God in word and deed. In an effort to fulfill this mission as caring Christians, we wish to: Keep a Presbyterian Church available in our community for worship. Educate our children and ourselves in the teachings and in the love of Jesus Christ. Help each person realize their gifts. Give our gifts and blessings to one another, the community, the nation and the world. Share our faith with the lost. Live together for the ultimate in caring, for that is the church.
Church ProfileWe are Christians committed to knowing and proclaiming truth. We humbly seek that truth in the "word" of God - the Bible - that shows us the "Word" of God - Jesus Christ. Our church overlooks the majestic Mississippi River and is designed in the colonial style. We worship, serve, and honor God in a variety of methods and styles. Our primary purpose is to live out the Great Commission and the Great Commandment given to us by our Lord. “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20) Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” (Matthew 22:37-40) Contact Information
